Madrid 40 Y7 students, led University
by Mrs Cardall, had of
a trip to Madrid in Cambridge
Workshop Students in Y9
the middle of June. They enjoyed
with a talent for
activities such as a tour of Las languages met
like-minded students from
Ventas, Spain’s largest bull ring, other schools to look at the
benefits of learning a
Santiago Bernabeu, Real language at a workshop led
by the University of
Madrid’s home ground (pictured Cambridge in June.
below) and El Parque Warner, a
theme park on the outskirts of
Madrid. They also watched street
performers in ‘la plaza mayor’.

Foreign Language Assistants this term
after a successful year supporting our
students and we wish them all the best
